How long does it take to find a vehicle matching my requirements?

For common makes and models, we typically present options within 3–7 business days. Rare or highly specific requests may take 1–3 weeks as we search auctions, dealer inventories, and private listings. We keep you updated throughout the search and will never push a vehicle that does not meet your stated criteria. If timelines are tight, let us know upfront so we can prioritise accordingly.

Do you purchase vehicles at auction on my behalf?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We bid at major auction houses—including Copart and IAAI—on your behalf once you approve a budget and vehicle criteria. We handle registration, deposit, and payment coordination with the auction platform. You receive photos, condition reports, and our recommendation before we place any bid. We never bid without your explicit approval on the specific lot.

What happens if the vehicle doesn't match the description?

Every vehicle we source is documented with photos and a condition report before purchase. If the actual vehicle differs materially from what was advertised, we work with the seller or auction house to resolve the issue, including cancellation or price adjustment where applicable. Our pre-purchase inspection catches most discrepancies before money changes hands. Your deposit is protected until the vehicle is verified.

What is the difference between RoRo and container shipping?

RoRo (Roll-on/Roll-off) means your vehicle is driven onto a specialised vessel and secured for the voyage, which is the most cost-effective option for standard cars and SUVs. Container shipping places your vehicle inside a sealed container, offering greater protection and the ability to ship personal items alongside. We recommend the best method based on vehicle type, destination, and your budget. Both options include full marine cargo insurance.

How long does international shipping take?

Transit times vary by origin and destination. USA to West Africa (Lagos, Accra, Tema) typically takes 3–5 weeks by sea. UK and Germany to West Africa takes 2–4 weeks.
